DISCLAIMER FOR ITEMS PRINTED USING DISCHARGE & WATERBASED INKS -Discharge & waterbased inks provide the softest print possible by re-dying the fabric vs. the conventional plastisol inks that print a layer on top of garment often leaving a think, plastic feeling print. -Discharge inks work best on 100% Cotton garments. Certain color fabrics, such as Royal Blue & Purple, do not discharge as well as others and ink color matching can not be guaranteed for these items. -Blended fabrics, such as 50/50 Poly/Cotton & Triblend, can often be discharged, but may result in a vintage or heather looking print. Certain blended fabrics will still produce a solid print, but is on a case by case basis depending on garment color & printed ink color. -We use a patented color pigment system for discharge inks that allows us to match Pantone colors in most situations. However, with discharge printing, exact Pantone matching is never guaranteed. -Because discharge & waterbased inks dye the fabric and are inherently produce a matte finish, Pantone colors should be provided using Uncoated numbers. -We value our customer's desire to have a the highest quality print, consistent with the artwork provided, and will do our best to provide that with each and every order!

Refund Policy

Approved orders are not eligible for refund once production has been begun. Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee.

Delivery Policy

Forward Inking uses UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping carriers. Unless a preferred shipping carrier is specified at the time of order, we will use the carrier with the best rate available at the time of shipment.
